The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry recently announced Mandy Parsons as their new Chief Executive Officer and President. Mandy has 22 years of experience with non-profits including most recently interim CEO, acting COO, and acting CFO at United Way of the Coastal Empire. 

At United Way of Coastal Empire, Parsons spearheaded strategic planning initiatives, streamlined operational processes, and diversified revenue streams – all significantly improving the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. Her collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills have been instrumental in aligning organizational missions with community expectations and strengthening the organization’s image. Throughout her distinguished career, Mandy has been recognized for her ability to drive organizational growth, enhance cultures, and execute transformative changes.
