Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry’s 2026-2027 Back to School (After-School Program) is open to kids ages 5 (Kindergarten) – 18 years old. Please review this page for registration instructions, Club operating hours, program fees, and scholarship information. Note: No child will be turned away due to an inability to pay. Spots are limited.

Our Clubs are the best place to be after school with caring mentors, homework assistance & tutoring, STEM activities, creative arts, sports & recreation, healthy meals & snacks, and character & leadership training. Programs are built around four key areas that help young people build great futures: Academic Success, Life & Workforce Readiness, Health & Well-Being, and Character & Leadership.

Program Fees & Financial Assistance

After-School Program Monthly Fees

  • By age group (Scholarships & Financial Assistance Available)
    • Ages: 5-12 – $490/month per child
    • Age: 13 – $250/ month per child
    • Ages: 14-18 – FREE
  • No child will be turned away due to an inability to pay.
  • Note: After-School Program is FREE of charge for 21st Century Clubs, including Broad River Elementary School Club, Hardeeville Elementary School Club, and Whale Branch Elementary School Club.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

Full scholarships are available for qualifying students based on family income and circumstances. Partial scholarships are also available and will not exceed 3% of the family’s gross monthly income for the first child, 4% for the second child, and will be capped at 5% for the third child or additional children. (For example, families with a monthly gross income of $4,000 will pay $120 per month for the first child.)

We encourage any family who may benefit from financial assistance to apply. Our application process is simple and confidential, and our team is here to guide you through it if needed.

Registration Information

NOTE: Bluffton Club Update – The Bluffton Club is experiencing high enrollment, so completing the online registration does not automatically reserve a spot for your child. Families interested in the Bluffton Club must call the front desk at 843.757.2845 to confirm space availability before enrollment can be considered finalized.

Registration Instructions

  1. Register for After-School Program. (Click this link or button at the top of the page.)
  2. Create a MYCLUBHUB account if you don’t already have one. (Make sure to select your specific Club.)
  3. Log into your MYCLUBHUB account.
  4. Select “Register for Membership”.
  5. Select Registration for your specific Club.
  6. Select your child’s membership category (by age group).
  7. If your family is already in the system, your child/children should appear automatically. (Select your child/children’s name and click “Next”.)
  8. If your child/children are not registered, select, “Add Household Member” and enter the information requested.
  9. Answer the membership questions. (NOTE: To get an application form for financial assistance, please make sure you check off the second box on the right-hand side under the Financial Assistance Application section. Scroll back up to the top of the page and click “Next”.)
  10. Sign the Parent Handbook and click “Finish” (After finishing, a “Summary Page” will appear.) (Note: If you already signed this previously, this portion will be blank. Click “Finish”)
  11. Select “Setup Payment Method” and fill out your billing information. (Payment information is required to fully complete your registration.)
  12. Select the blue button “Continue Without Default.”
  13. Click “Pay With Another Method.”
  14. Select “Charge to Household.” (You may need to go to the bottom and select “Charge to Household” again.)
  15. Repeat the same process for additional children if needed. (Once completed, you should see a “Transaction Complete” message and will have the option to email yourself a receipt.)
  16. Download this health form and submit it to the Club, along with your child’s immunization records signed by your doctor, prior to the first day.

For Families Applying for Financial Assistance (After completing Registration).

  1. Go to the top menu and click “My Account” and select the three lines (menu button).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to “Forms Requiring Action.”
  3. Click “Fill Out Form.”
  4. Complete the Financial Assistance Form directly through the Parent Portal.
  5. Click the “File Upload” tab on the left side and upload one month’s proof of income.
  6. Once completed, click “Submit.” (If you need further assistance, please contact your Club).
